We will send you a package of relevant information once we’ve confirmed your details, so you will know what to expect before coming into the hospital, and make sure you have everything you need once you’ve completed your treatment or had surgery and are ready to go home.

Step 1

We request you to come for a consultation with one of the doctors/surgeons practicing with us. If you are looking for a consultation, please feel free to call us on 0161 507 8822 to book a consultation with the surgeon.

Step 2

On the day of the Initial Consultation with your surgeon

On your arrival you will be asked to complete a medical history which will ask all your personal details, health questions and details around your mental health. As soon as you have completed this you will be taken to meet the surgeon for a consultation. This can last 30-40 minutes and please be prepared for some delay as some people attending might have more questions that they would like to ask. During the consultation a chaperone will be present in the room with your consent until and unless you would not like to have this available.

If you are coming for a Breast surgery consultation e.g. Breast Augmentation or enlargement procedure you will also get an opportunity to try the sizes with the real implants (Note: This is a dummy implant and is used for demo purpose only and should not be confused with real one).

During the consultation your doctor/surgeon will complete the worksheet which will include all the measurements and will be explained all the risks and associations related with the procedure. Once this is completed and you are happy with all the confidential discussion which include agreement around breast implant size you will be asked to sign the paperwork. Later on, if you changed your mind around the implant size, we will request you to come for a second consultation with the surgeon. Afterwards, you will be seen by the co-ordinators who will give you the price, availability dates and can complete the finance application if you are looking for finance for the planned procedure.

It is also recommended that you stop smoking as it can delays healing.

Step 3

If you are happy with everything you can book your procedure by paying a non-refundable deposit of £500 to secure the desired dates. Payment can be made with a debit card, credit card or bank transfer. NO 3rd party payment will be taken and your surgery can.

Please Note: 2 weeks cooling off period applies to all surgeries booked with us and no dates will be given within 2 weeks from the consultation attended with the surgeon.

Once you have booked your procedure we will be arranging MRSA test, any other test or blood tests requested, request your medical summary from your GP and other report as requested by your surgeon.

You will also be expected to either attend a pre-op assessment with a nurse or in some cases have a call from the nurse who will review all the information gathered. Your file will also be reviewed by the clinical team and you will be contacted if further information is required.

Step 4

You will be booked for the procedure and all details will be provided including post-operative advice including admission time and wound care appointment.

You will attend the hospital for your booked procedure for example for as day case patient if it is a breast enlargement procedure or as a overnight patient if it is a abdominoplasty or other procedure.

Step 5

You will be seen by the nurse and your operating surgeon after the surgery at frequent interval until you are discharged from his/her care. At this stage we will inform your GP about the successful outcome.

You will also have a contact number of a clinical team who can be contacted at any time giving you complete peace of mind.
