Sometimes, an imbalance in the hormones estrogen and testosterone leads to increase in the breast tissues in men making one or both breast areas puffy and this is called Gynecomastia.

This hormonal imbalance could be due to old age, drastic weight change, hormonal changes due to age or sometimes even due to medications or steroids. In most cases, a simple treatment can correct the condition. In rare cases, medical or surgical treatment comes in aid of the men. The fact is that it is completely treatable and there’s nothing to worry about.
